Computers are very useful tools in our daily lives we must take good care of them so that we can use it for a longer period of time.

Here are some ways to take care of our computer:

• Computers need god temperature to work properly such as electric fan or air conditioning.
• We should refrain from eating in front of computers to prevent from attracting insects that penetrate the hardware system causing the computer to malfunction.
• Always use AVR to regulate electricity.
• Scan for computer viruses to prevent damaging files.

Computers emit enough radiation that are harmful to us example of these are eyestrain, wrist injury, and pains in the head, shoulder, back and neck due to prolonged use of computers. To prevent these pain good working practice habits must be considered, like taking short breaks every 20 minutes and do eye exercise. Proper posture must also be done like sitting straight, keep wrists straight and do not lean on the mirror.
